I took my college age daughters there to celebrate the end of school. I had an appetizer of pan seared scallops that were cooked to perfection, followed by the Beef Wellington (a standing menu item) that was prepared beautifully. It is one of my favorite dishes but it is hard to find because it is so difficult to prepare properly and Chefs Station did a really nice job. My daughters had a foie gras appetizer which had a nice portion size, and an Alaskan Halibut and lobster that was also excellent. The experience got better as we moved to the dessert. It seemed things were taking a long time and the server came and said the chef was unsatisfied with how my peach bread pudding came out so they were making another one, and brought out a complimentary chocolate raspberry tort that was superb. The bread pudding was well worth the wait, as was the warm chocolate cake. I will definitely be going back for a special occasion meal again soon.
